QUALITY HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES OF MICHIGAN SPONSORS AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION DETROIT DIABETES EXPO 2009
There are more than 925,000 Michigan adults already diagnosed with diabetes, and nearly one third are concentrated in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. As a company committed to the health and wellness of the communities we serve, supporting the 2009 Detroit Diabetes EXPO seemed like a perfect opportunity to further that commitment.
Quality Home Health Care Services of Michigan is very excited and proud to sponsor this years American Diabetes Association Detroit Diabetes EXPO. This annual event has moved from the suburbs to the city of Detroit and will now be stationed inside of the Joe Dumars Field House at the State Fairgrounds a perfect locale for providing cutting-edge information and resources for people with diabetes, as well as their families, caregivers and loved ones.
The Detroit Diabetes EXPO, to be held on Saturday, September 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., will feature the latest diabetes services, products and medical advances all under one roof. Portions of the event will be tailored specifically to older adults and to kids, giving the whole family an opportunity to enjoy the days activities. The ADA, as well as QHHC, also will be providing information in Spanish for the citys Latino population.
Please save the date on September 19 and join us at the Joe Dumars Field House, located at the State Fairgrounds. This event is sure to be a wonderful opportunity to provide information and assistance on Detroits journey to health and wellness.

QHHC will be doing Health Screening on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week. The screening on Mondays and Wednesdays will include both Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar, on Fridays there will also be Cholesterol screening. Please join us and ensure your health.
