The Anodyne Therapy System

The Anodyne Therapy System has shown patients the distinct difference “between living with pain and living again.” When used as part of physical therapy, Anodyne has been shown to relieve pain, stiffness and muscle spasms. It can even improve patient strength, flexibility and balance. Anodyne Therapy is the only diode-based photo-thermal therapy system for which numerous studies have been published in peer-reviewed medical journals.


How Quality Home Health Care Administers Anodyne Therapy
Anodyne Therapy is administered by a licensed Quality Home Health Care physical therapist from the comfort of patients’ homes. All services are covered 100 percent by Medicare when a patient’s physician orders home healthcare services.

What Patients Can Expect
Patients who try Anodyne Therapy can expect:
• a personal assessment of the functional difficulties they are experiencing
• coordination with the therapist to determine what improvements the patient would like to see
• a recommended therapy program that is specifically designed to help the patient reach his or her individual goals

Patients will have 10-12 therapy sessions, which may include some or all of the following:
• Anodyne therapy to reduce pain and increase circulation
• Stretching and strengthening exercises
• Balance and walking exercises
• Massage and other therapeutic modalities for pain

In addition to its traditionally used Anodyne Therapy system, Quality Home Health Care also has introduced a brand new technology to its patients – the Nanobeam™ 940. This groundbreaking FDA-cleared treatment device has been used by physical therapists and doctors throughout the country to alleviate neck and back pain; foot conditions; sore and bruised muscles; arthritis; neuropathy; and inflamed swollen tissue. Therapists also have been able to utilize the technology to treat wounds and scars as well as repair tissues due to the increased blood circulation the Nanobeam™ 940 stimulates.

The Nanobeam 940 delivers focused 940 nm near-infrared energy in quick two-minute treatments, with most patients reporting instant and lasting pain relief. It provides a constant (as opposed to Anodyne’s pulsed output) near-infrared energy beam at 60 times the energy Anodyne delivers per square centimeter, so treatment time can be dramatically reduced and penetration depth improved.

Which system is best? Both deliver the same amount of near-infrared energy to an area covered by 4 Anodyne pads in the same amount of time. The Anodyne system provides a treatment frequency of 880 nm, while the Nanobeam™ 940 provides, you guessed it, 940 nm light. If the treatment area is less than 4 Anodyne pads worth, the Nanobeam™ 940 is usually chosen, while if more than 4 pads are needed at the same time, the Anodyne is the one to use. Either way Quality Home Health Care has you covered, and can provide the latest in near-infrared light therapy.

The Aqua Relief System

The aqua relief system is an all-in-one pain management and circulatory improvement system that combines heat therapy and cold therapy. The non-invasive system offers relief for symptoms such as swelling and poor blood circulation.


How it Works
The Aqua Relief System has patented wraps that fit around a part of the body. Therapy pads containing compression wraps deliver continuous streams of water at temperatures as high as 105 degrees and as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Aqua Relief System was designed for patients who experience circulatory issues and/or chronic pain, as well as those who are recovering from surgery. The Aqua Relief System is an excellent option for patients who have the following, or similar, health problems or conditions:
